P.S. Nicholas, coming 5th here is no reason to stop making games. Have another think about your collision system, polish the game a bit more, and you'll be surprised at how differently things play.

Thanks everyone ! I'm really happy with the results, congratulations to everyone, to the other contestants the judges and specially Rudy who made this contest possible and sponsored the contest by himself, which is something I admit I would hardly do.
Also I'm sure everyone learnt a lot from this contest, at least I did.

Mugen9s: My last 2 months and a half I had plenty of free time thanks to my vacations so without them I wouldn't hardly be able to finish the game.

Don't stop creating games! All other participants are experienced game makers and still you reached the third place by GeertV and the fourth place by Alex! That means you are good!!
Besides the most difficult thing by creating games is to finish your game. Most game creator have troubles with finishing their games (see only 5 finished games on 18 entries). And you did it!!
If you want my pros and cons:
pros:
- the variety of levels. (very good!!!)
- good gameplay
- good sounds
cons:
- collision problem (masks don't need to mask the tail and mouth of the croc)
- looks too much on the gamemaker's platformer example
- poor graphics (croc is good, but some backgrounds and tiles could be better. Don't use the gamemaker tiles, but Google for better ones or create your own ones )
