I like the trailer. But I noticed something. The block seems to float when jumping. Try and increase gravity and jump height. That way the block jumps the same height but jumps more naturally.

Changing the gravity and jump height will force me to redesign most of the levels. A lot of the jumps require the "float" effect. For example, one massive jump in World 4.

There's nothing wrong with floaty jumps. Cave Story has really floaty jumps.

Oh, OK then, I really thought the floaty jumps were a mistake. BTW, what's the music from the trailer? I loved it

The link to the composer is in the description of the video. The name of the song is "Sky Fury".

Just some news. After a long delay I've started working on the game again. I have made an improvement with the level boundaries (no longer invisible walls!) and I finished World 7 and am working on World 8. World 7 is the shortest world, but it has a very difficult and epic boss battle.

The game is now 99% done! Currently working on bug fixes and difficulty balance. The trailer has been replaced with a more up-to-date one! Go ahead and check it out, linked in the first post!

Alright, in the home-stretch now. I'll be sure to review the finished product when I get the chance to.

We finished balancing the game! All I have to do now is make the ending. The expected release is Sunday (which happens to be today)!
