Re: The RESULTS
@CForr: your game concept has a great potential. If you work on that basis and try to put in much more twists and different gameplay concepts you could end up with a magnificent game. The style is so polished and cool... Thanks for the feedback Alex. Your point about the variety of gameplay modes, ...

Re: The RESULTS
I actually edited my message, on the last page, a while ago to include some support for you as well Nicholas.

Re: The RESULTS
Well done Genetix, you really worked hard for that 1st place prize! Thanks to the judges for their marks, and just as importantly - their feedback. Rudy, please tell me you don't create all those new smileys yourself! P.S. Nicholas, coming 5th here is no reason to stop making games. Have a...

Re: Final versions
It seems like Mugen9s took the decision on the 11th to delay his results until the 15th, whilst making it sound like he was only talking about "downloading the updates".
Come on buddy, our anticipation surely takes precedence over your schoolwork!

Re: Final versions
From Mugen9s's post above, it sounds like he is under the impression that his votes are to be submitted on the 15th.
Apologies if I've misunderstood you Mugen9s.

Re: Final versions
Ha! Well it's good to hear that I'm not inept at tracking bugs (a couple had to be resolved between alpha and version 1.0).
I know that fixing it wouldn't make a difference, given how close we are to the final deadline, but I always like to fix as much as I can.

Re: Final versions
Thanks for the feedback Alex. :) (BTW Rudy, did you get around that problem you were having with level three of my game? Thinking about it some more... if it always happened no matter how many times you play-tested that level, then I don't think it was a bug with my code - since the missing 'spot' t...

Yep, you could delete it or alter the last "3" to "4".

Re: Final versions
Do you have any notion of how long a game like that takes to create? How long it takes to bug test AI? There is a reason that these games are released and then updated over many years... and it's not because the the developers didn't think of all the updates from the beginning. :) I think a full-fle...
